The Shelter Plus Care program provides rental assistance to homeless people with disabilities. Supportive services, at least equal in value to the rental assistance, must be funded from other sources.

Attached are reports for completed grant terms (FFY2016 funding), that ended last year, for both HUD CoC Programs administered by VSHA:  Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing (“Shelter+Care”).  The data and narratives highlight the significant efforts of our Providers, as well as VSHA’s dedicated & compassionate staff, to serve the most vulnerable Vermonters.
